Lost/Stolen Debit & Credit Cards
If your card is lost, stolen or you suspect fraudulent charges, it is important you report the incident immediately to help insure potential losses will be kept to a minimum. Keep in mind; you’re protected against unauthorized use with Visa’s Zero Liability Policy.1
To report a lost/stolen debit card or fraudulent transactions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, call:

If you are a Pioneer NetTeller customer, you may also report a lost/stolen debit card by going to "Options - ATM/Debit Card" and check the box under Lost/Stolen for the card number you are reporting. In Pioneer Mobile Banking simply go to "Preferences - Manage Cards", select the card you want to report, then select Report Lost or Stolen.
You may also put a temporary freeze on your card in Pioneer Mobile Banking by going to "Preferences - Manage Cards", select the card you want to freeze, then select Suspend Card. When you wish to unfreeze your card, simply go to "Preferences - Manage Cards", select the card you want to unfreeze, then select Activate Card.
For credit card balance inquiries call the FPNB Help Desk during regular banking hours or call 1-800-883-0131. For lost or stolen credit cards call 1-800-883-0131 (outside the U.S. call 1-813-868-2891) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
1Visa’s Zero Liability Policy covers U.S.-issued cards and does not apply to certain commercial card transactions or any transactions not processed by Visa.
